Applies to Rack Avenger Pro products.

We guarantee to replace, free of charge, any Rack Avenger Pro kits damaged by forklift impact below the seat height. Coverage includes removal of damaged kit, shipping and handling for replacement kit, and installation of replacement kit.

What's Covered

  • Any damage to the Pro kit from forklift impact below the seat height.
  • Any Pro kits installed by Rack Avenger trained personnel.
  • Any Pro kits installed by customers personnel per documented criteria

What's Not Covered

  • Upright damages from forklifts above seat height.
  • Any Pro kits not properly installed.
  • Any Pro kits damaged and removed before pictures or installation.
  • Non-Operational Disasters.
