The majority of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tampa. Once an order is placed for in-stock kits, you can expect dispatch within 72 hours. However, if you’re ordering repair kits in specialized colors, the shipping time may be extended due to their unique uniqueness.

We guarantee to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts or sections of the uprights that are damaged by forklift impact below the seat height on any Rack Avenger Kits purchased from us.

Our standard Rack Avenger Kits are available in 24″H, 36″H, or 48″H seat heights. However, we also cover custom heights determined at the time of quotation or purchase, as long as they are below the seat height. The seat height is determined by the location where the front upright post is cut off above the existing damage, and the remaining front column is placed on the Rack Avenger Kits.

Whether we install the Rack Avenger Kits in your existing racks or provide pre-fabricated uprights with the Rack Avenger Kits already attached, this warranty remains binding. The warranty period begins on the date of installation or the date you receive the Rack Avenger Kits uprights, and it lasts for twenty years. We will cover all costs associated with freight, travel, and installation labor related to any warranted work.

Please note that this warranty does not cover non-operational disasters such as fire, explosion, acts of war, riots and acts of civil disobedience, vandalism, malicious mischief, and other acts of nature. Our warranty also extends to training your personnel on the proper installation of our Rack Avenger Kits, ensuring that you have the necessary knowledge to maintain their integrity.

To ensure the validity of the warranty, it is essential that Rack Avenger Kits are installed by trained personnel from your organization. If the kits are relocated without our knowledge, the warranty will be voided. We have conducted extensive research and testing on the Rack Avenger Kits and their anchoring system. Therefore, any alteration to the anchoring system provided will invalidate the warranty.
