We will repair or replace, free of charge, any parts of the Avenger Guard units found to have manufacturing defects within one year of the purchase date. This warranty is specifically limited to manufacturer defects and does not cover any damage caused by forklift impact or other external forces.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any non-operational disasters including, but not limited to, fire, explosion, acts of war, riots, acts of civil disobedience, vandalism, malicious mischief, and other acts of nature. Additionally, any modifications or alterations to the Avenger Guard or its anchoring system will render this warranty null and void.
Got Rack will not cover freight, travel, and installation labor related to work on products outside the scope of this warranty. We recommend that installation be carried out by professionals trained in the proper setup of Avenger Guard units to ensure the validity of this warranty.
Products installed or modified by personnel not trained or authorized by Rack Avenger will not be eligible for this warranty. Furthermore, if the Avenger Guard is relocated without Rack Avenger’s knowledge, this warranty will be considered void.
