How long are typical Lead Times?
We understand the urgency of addressing your damage. Our standard height kits, available in 24″H, 36″H, and 48″H, are in stock and ready to ship immediately. For more extensive repairs requiring larger seat heights, we offer repair kits in 12″ increments with an approximate lead time of 1-2 weeks.

Currently, we ship Rack Avenger to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. For locations outside of these countries, we can ship to any U.S. border. Please note that customers are responsible for any international brokerage fees and additional costs related to transporting the equipment beyond the U.S.

The Rack Avenger warranty covers the repair or replacement of any component of the Avenger PRO or PRO+ kits that are damaged by forklift impact below the seat height. This includes both standard and custom seat heights. The warranty also covers all freight and labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of the damaged kit. However, it does not cover damage from non-operational disasters, fire, vandalism, or acts of nature, as well as modifications or relocations without prior approval.
The warranty is voided if the kits or anchoring system are modified or altered, or if unauthorized repairs are made. Relocating the kits without approval, as well as damage caused by disasters, fire, vandalism, or acts of nature, will also void the warranty. Additionally, forklift impact above the seat height is not covered. To keep your warranty valid, make sure to follow the installation instructions and avoid these actions.

To make a warranty claim, customers must notify Rack Avenger promptly upon discovering the damage with photos and/or videos. Notifications should include the purchase details, installation records, and a description of the issue. All claims should be directed to:
